As you know from my signature, I offer manual directory submission.

I have had two orders so far (for 700 directory submission) and they are almost done.

I am accepting three (ONLY THREE) 500 directory submission orders for $24 to build my reputation and iTrade.

    Normal prices are here: http://www.mrgoodfox.com/dirsubmission/

Before you submit the forum PM me as I will only accept three orders for this price...

    Cheers,
    Nima

Normally it takes about 10 min. for me to manually submit my website to a directory, because I will browse for best suitable category, check other websites whether they are similar to mine, etc. I'm working full time to my website, and spend about 6 hrs in submitting to directories, and the maximum I can submit to is 40 directories per day.

Are you submitting to directories by some software? $24 for manually submission to 500 directories is impossible.

    Not at all.

I submit every directory by hand...

No way man... It takes me under a minute to submit to a directory.

I use Roboform (http://www.roboform.com/) which helps to fill the fields. But I don't use any automated (or even semi automated softwares)...

Besides, the $24 is only for first THREE customers. Just to build my reputation here... (it's $50 after that)

    Cheers,
    Nima

    hhheng,

Usually it should occupy 10-20 seconds and less.

    1. check other websites whether they are similar to mine.. (1-2 sec)
If a problem transition to other site (1-2 sec)

    2. Sоftware helps browse for best suitable category.
    3. Check of a choice of the program. (1-2 sec)
If a problem plus (5-10 sec) for a manual choice.

    4. Sоftware fills the form. 0 sec.
If a problem plus (5-10 sec) for a manual choice. (Any ctrl+c/v!!!)
    5. Press submit button? (1 sec)

Any ctrl+c/v, and quality is better than in manual usual IE.

    What 6 hours and 40 catalogues? :p

I take it you rotate descriptions? How many do you accept? Also what list are you working off of? Any public lists would be meaningless to many due to we're already submitted.

For th 250 and 700 directory submission, I accept two titles and two descriptions.

I have my own list that I put together during the time I was submitting my own websites. I still add to it every time I find a new (good) directory.

    Cheers,
    Nima

Ps. Mods, sorry I posted here, feel free to move this thread to services. Thanks

manual dir submission is better things to improve PR of site rather than sofware submission.

It is a well-known fact in the webmaster community that the best way to submit your site to directories is to do so manually (you may want to read these articles on the topic: 1, 2, 3, 4). This site is a handy little tool that makes the process of manual directory submission easier, faster and more efficient. Our database contains over 100 hand-picked free non-reciprocal directories to submit to. All you have to do is go to the submission page, and:

    1. Enter your site's url, title, description, your e-mail, name, and keywords in the form in the top left frame.

    2. Click a directory link in the top right frame. The chosen directory will load in the bottom frame.

    3. Click through to the submit page of the chosen directory.

    4. Hold down the Ctrl key. Drag and drop your site's details from the top left frame to the submission page (or copy and paste).

    5. Repeat steps 2-5.

If you have cookies and javascript enabled in your browser, your site's details will be filled in automatically the next time you come back.
All frames on the submission page are resizable

    Directory Submission
Web Directory submission services can help you with the tedious task of submitting your website. There are 2 types of submission services available; automated and manual. An automated service uses a script to visit the directory and tries to submit the site into an appropriate category. Directory ownersdespise these services and uses methods such as image validation to prevent their use. A manual submission service visits each web directory and submits your site to the most appropriate category. They usually automate their process to make it more efficient but they do the actual submission by visiting each site, as you would at home. We now use our vast directory knowledge to offer a quality, cost effective manual submission service.

Search Engines: Its 2006. Never pay anyone to submit your site to the search engines. It's simply not necessary as all the big search engines will find your site as long as you have links to it.

    Your First Time Here

Submit to the sites on our best free directory list. These are established sites that have actively adding free submissions.
If you site is in one of the niches that we cover, submit your site. Listings from sites in your own niche are extremely valuable in improving your search engine rankings.
If your site is important and ready for the big time, consider submitting to the sites on our paid directory list.
If you find the submission task tedious and boring have a look at our manual submission service.

Look over our free or paid listings for any additions. You can also check out our new listing page.

    Niche Directories
The search engines are working towards giving more weight to links from related websites. For example, a travel website will benefit more from a link from another travel site. With that in mind, niche listings can provide you with great related links. In addition to getting a link on a "on topic" site, your website will usually be categorized with very similar sites.

Niche sites usually do a good job of sub-categorizing withing the main topic area, making them more useful to the everyday user. As a result, you are much more like to get traffic from these sites. We have an extensive list of over a thousand niche listings over at our sister site.
