    We will do it in 3 sets means 2 URLs in a directory. Hence, 360 submissions in 180 Directories.

    btw we don't guarantee inclusion every deep link. Some of them accept and some don't.

    Sounds like good value. I'd rather 500 directories with at least 1PR, than 2000, of which half or more have 0PR.

    Yes, As Far As I know,it is....
    but most of the directory owners like me accept them, if it has very unique content, good PR, backlinks.
    If it is like /blog, /directory or any other service like them, you can get 75%+ inclusion very easily.
