Yeah this is pretty well related to directory solicitations and announcements. I think some people really go overboard on policing threads. I'd really like it explained to me how a SOLICITATION for submissions to WEB DIRECTORIES is not relative to a category dedicated to SOLICITATIONS of WEB DIRECTORIES.
