I got my order finished just now, I was around 1.5 days in waiting list and submission took almost 3 hours the next day and email confirmations finished the day after it. so total turn around time was 3 days. The team who are working on submissions are highly trained and fast, I couldn't believe it at first but the submission were manual and I got almost 5 or 6 confirmation request emails per minute at the mail box I asked them to use. All confirmation emails got manually approved next day by the team and I'm waiting for inclusion in directories. My first order was 1000 premium business submissions, I just ordered another submission pack. Sam availability is good and you get a reply from in less than an hour.
