Hey Abhik, I was thinking I'd be receiving a ton of email confirmations by now. But none so far. Any problems? Double checked the email address I sent to you for the submissions just in case I got it wrong, but no problem with that. So I'm guessing my submissions are just about to start? If that's the case, no problem with that.

 

Same goes for me, I haven't received any confirmation emails yet. You told me that submissions would start yesterday.

 

Can I get a refund? I ordered almost 2 weeks ago, and it looks like it will take weeks more before I get my submissions done. When I ordered I was thinking it would take about a week. I don't really have time to wait.

We are currently doing submission to 1100 directories per day (Its really a time eating job). We are hoping to finish this queue in next 20 days. This may not take this much as we are temporarily going to hire another submitter.

I think everyone has been real understanding with the delays of your service, myself included. I'm not even on that queue list, thus I'm going to have to request a refund from you.

I realize that this is a time consuming job, and that you've just moved to a new office, but that's on you. I'm a patient man, but you seem to be forgetting people left and right. I'm not even confident you would have ever finished my submission.
