Iam in the process of developing 15 - 20 websites. They are all nearing completion. Aspart of SEO iwill be doing page optimisation(title, links, content etc) also I have planned for MANUAL DIRECTORY SUBMISSION in 100 - 150 free web directories using someone who does that.

But now my biggest worry is that all my 20 sites are

    1. Same in WEB Design
    2. But different in subject matter
    3. They all belong to same category like
    Site 1 - Physics
    Site 2 - Chemistry
    Site 3 - Biology
    Site 4 - Maths etc.

when all my sites are being submitted to directory is there any possiblity of being banned because of similar design and similarity in organising and presenting content.

I want to be very sure before i spend money for directory submission services. Please help me in this regard.Need u r valuble advice and approach in how this scenario should be handled.

One thing I can assure is that they are not spam and they are informative useful websites targeting lil adsense revenue.

If you were submitting to my directory, the answer would be yes and no. When I receive a series of submissions that all look alike in design, and graphics, I can assume that they are from the same person regardless of whose name appears as the submitter. :) The first time this happens, I just delete the submissions save 1. If it were to happen again, I would ban the email, url, and submitter.

I would look at the reason behind the differing websites, and if they were crosslinking, then without doubt. A few months back on Skaffe (where I edit the UK) I discovered some toad who had, over time got a network of finance based sites into there. We pulled the lot out!

So YES, same template, different colours, cross linking, = spam

Same template, Unique Content, NoCrossLinking does this too equals to spam. My intention is not spamming right nowI do not have the time to do 20 diff web design.

It comes down to the quality and intent of the sites. If they look like spammy sites then I grab a couple of snippets and check for uniqueness (i really shouldn't say this LOL)
