    Is this still a publicity stunt? Manny Pacman Pacquiao sues Floyd Mayweather Jr, his father and promoters for claiming on public interviews that he is using steroids. At one point, Mayweather even released some racist comments saying that "the Philippines have the BEST enhancing drugs".
