This is a fan forum I made for the Filipino boxer, Manny Pacquiao, who is currently the most popular boxer in the world right now.

Traffic details:

I created this forum on the same day (last month) that Manny fought Joshua Clottey. On the day of the fight, I had a bunch of links on my site to sites where people could watch the fight live without paying. I posted the link of my site on various forums, digg, etc. and this caused a huge influx of visitors at the start. Unfortunately, I never really took advantage of the visitors that came in for the fight - I just let them watch and didn't force them or require them to register to see the live stream. However, I did manage to get a few members.

Also, the site ranks on the second page of Google for "manny pacquiao forum" and first page of google for "pacquiao forum".

Site hasn't been monetized yet. You could try putting adsense.

Reason for sale:

I was really hoping to make this forum popular because I know Manny has a huge fanbase, but another one of my forums just recently took off and reached about 8,805+ members in only 2 weeks. Because of this, I have lost motivation to work on PacquiaoForum.com due to lack of time. The administration and promotion of my new forum has taken up so much of my time that I barely have enough time for my other sites aswell.
