   I suggest (someone else's idea) that there is a mandatory 20 posts and 1 month time before being allowed to post in the P&R section. There are a constant flow of those creating multiple accounts and those being sent from another forum with no desire to add to DP.

   Lowering the needed post count and raising the timeframe slightly really is nothing more than changing something for sake of changing it, imo.
