Our Champions League campaign has been total opposite from last season's. Fergie should do something fast.
A day of total HUMILIATION any team but MC ALEX FERGUSON suffered his "worst-ever day" as Roberto Mancini's Manchester City set off rockets at Old Trafford yesterday. http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport/football/3889125/Man-Utd-1-Man-City-6-Alex-Ferguson-suffers-his-worst-defeat-ever.html
One of those days when youth's exuberance failed. Those last three goals should never have been let in tbh- United were roaming too far up the pitch hoping they could do a Newcastle.
In an interview with BBC Radio 5 Live, to be broadcasted on Monday at 7pm, Ferguson said he wants to stay on as manager for another two or three years and would like a glorious finish to his two-and-a-half decades in charge. Then he says he would like to be employed at the club, potentially in an ambassadorial role similar to the one Sir Bobby Charlton has. "I will remain active. I think there will be a role for me at United after I finish," he said. "I think you always want to go out on a winning note. Hopefully we can do that. I don't know how long I can last now but if my health stays up I don't think another two or three years would harm me." Ferguson added that his wife is keen for him to carry on working and has even suggested that he becomes a milkman when he steps down from front line football management. for more on this news http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2012/feb/20/sir-alex-ferguson-manchester-united?newsfeed=true
I wonder who's the next boss going to be. It's time to find a replacement, we don't know how long SAF can last, he's 70!
Thought I saw Wayne Rooney in an Altar Wedding Car in Salford the other day, but then when I looked again he must have a double! Guess with the new barnet he looks like an other ordinary guy with 50 million pounds in the bank
So, we've got Kagawa and Nick Powell so far. I believe we desperately need a center midfielder though. Scholes won't be able to play week in week out, Fletcher's condition means we don't know if he can reach his best again, Anderson and Cleverley have been injury prone. I don't want to see Phil Jones being played as a CM for half a season even though he has potential over there (much better as a CB). What do you guys think?
