Yes this is a big news for Manchester United fans and Alex mention few days ago that he will not spend any money in transfer window and I think it will be true, This double joined United now on very first day of transfer window open.

Twenty-one year-old winger Tosic joins United with immediate effect and will wear the number 14 shirt, while 17 year-old Ljajic will remain with Partizan for 2009.

So I hope Alex will bring Tosic in Carling Cup match against Derby,

I really like how MU is handling their transfers, doing it fast, early and with discretion and not just getting into competition with other teams, hope this double transfer works well as the Nani, Anderson did.

Yes both are excellent player infact Tosic played international matches and rated talented winger. By signing these two Manchester United now closed their business. I guess there will be no transfer.

Well it was a good game and after so many games we seen some goals otherwise we have habit of 1-0.:D Good to see two goals come from junior players.

For me Dimitar Berbatov was the key man for us and he played excellent role today. Good to see Rooney was putting extra efforts and also lead the striking force.

Yes but not much worry about it, we will win against Spurs, there is no doubt and I am sure we will cut the gap between Chelsea and Liverpool on Sunday when we have Chelsea and I am sure we would win against them.:)

Yes but I don't know what referee was doing yesterday. He kills the match although that challenge may harm Vidic but I think Yellow card should be enough for it.

United have position through out the match and I impress to see United can play without key stars. Dimitar Berbatov was the key person for me who open chances for us and provide sharp passes in match.

Sad results for us as we lost first leg by 1-0 against Derby Country. It was shocking news but not be worry for us as we have second chance on 20th Jan at home. Also United made few changes and rested some key players for big match of Sunday. Although Rooney and Ronaldo was their but couldn't score any goals. I think it also help us to play on Sunday against Chelsea and I am sure we will outcome with 2-0 win over Chelsea. :p

Pressure mounts on Liverpool as they draw with Stoke
    Stoke City 0 - 0 Liverpool

Then Rafa came out with an outburst on TV about Alex Ferguson and the way he handles referees

Rafa, you are a top guy------concentrate on Liverpool Football Club ------- BECAUSE you are out of your depth trying on 'mind games' with Alex Ferguson

Many have tried in the past and lost out big time, none more so than Kevin Keegan at Newcastle

Rafa, some advise keep those thoughts to yourself and put 100% behind Liverpool

As for Man Utd we now have the games in hand to lead Liverpool in the table if we win tall the games

Yup! Many people tried and now they are no where in terms of success.:D Liverpool is Lucky to get a points from their otherwise in first half Stroke almost done the job. :D

It also make us better as we can play match more freely as Liverpool drop 2 points and if we cash both games then we will be top of the table with 1 points lead.:)

The BIG MATCH IS ABOUT TO START

    Ferdinand is OUT

In the stand the 'big names are there'
    Jose Mourinho
    Diego Maradonna
    Carlos Quiros
    Fabio Capello

    Kick Off any minute

    Now 28 minutes gone
    3 yellow cards for Chelsea
    Ronaldo yellow card

    Great entertainment still 0-0

    Manchester United Chelsea
1 Edwin van der Sar (G) (G) Petr Cech 1
    23 Jonathan Evans (CD-L) (CD-L) John Terry 26
    15 Nemanja Vidic (CD-R) (CD-R) Ricardo Carvalho 6
3 Patrice Evra (LB) (LB) Ashley Cole 3
2 Gary Neville (RB) (RB) José Bosingwa 17
    24 Darren Fletcher (CM-L) (CM-L) Frank Lampard 8
    11 Ryan Giggs (CM-R) (CM-R) Michael Ballack 13
13 Ji-Sung Park (LM) (RCM) John Mikel Obi 12
7 Cristiano Ronaldo (RM) (LM) Deco 20
10 Wayne Rooney (CF-L) (RM) Joe Cole 10
9 Dimitar Berbatov (CF-R) (ST) Didier Drogba

The last 5 minutes of the half as Giggs marshalls United as they batter the Chelsea goal repeatedly

Then 2 minutes into added time 45+2 Vidic heads United into the lead1-0

What a minute of action. Man United took the first corner quickly and scored, but Howard Webb disallowed it. Then from the retake, Giggs crosses and Vidic's header squeezes in at the back post.

The match is a CLASSIC :D:

    2nd half

Great stuff, Rooney started the move, Ronaldo cut inside then back-heeled for Evra and Rooney somehow manages to stick his leg through Ashley Cole's and volley into the net from seven yards out.
    63'GOAL! Rooney!

    United continue to batter Chelsea

    2-0 so far

THE BATTERING CONTINUED AS BERBATOV DRILLED HOME THE 3rd in the 87th minute

Ronaldo whacks in the free kick, Berbatov darts to the near post and volleys it home from six yards. What a comprehensive win.
    87'GOAL! Berbatov has one!

3-0 so far 2 minutes to play

    Full Time

    UNITED HAMMER CHELSEA 3-0

Just announced 10 minutes after the match end

Watching it on Match of the Day 2 now in England, was surprised at the initial team selection from SAF, but I'm no manager.

Looking forward to the dissalowed goal as well.
