Managing redirection?

    hey there,
    I own cemkir.com , it's PR 0 , but www.cemkir.com is PR 3 , because I've added www. , but when I go to the domain on hosting, and make it redirect to http://www.cemkir.com then I can't even open the site, but I want it when people go to cemkir.com it becomes www.cemkir.com so it's PR 3, can anyone help me with this?
