    Dear Sir/Madam
    Digital Point Forum

I hope that this post finds you in the best of your health and spirit. I get lots of private messages and also send messages to other users. I want to manage my private messages. Like creating folders and storing them or making an archive. If it's possible kindly guide me.

I am really confused with large no of private messages and would like to make it managed.

    Sincerely,
    Chuman

your allowed to create as many folders as you like to keep your messages in some kind of order.
but when you reach your 1000 message limit, your best bet is to download and save them to your hard drive for future reference.

You can store upto 1000 PM's here in your PM Box. Once you reach your this limit you can Download all Private Messages as: XML | CSV | Text. So this way you can keep records of all PM's.
