Managing Multiple IM Clients

    Hi,

    I am wanting to add a feature to my website to allow customers to have live chat with a customer support rep (should they prefer this to using the phone) via either skype chat, MSN Messenger, AIM or Yahoo Messenger.

    I have had a look at Trillian which is a free piece of software that allows you to manage multiple IM clients.

    Are there any others i should consider and anything else I should consider with this idea?

    Hi,

    Are you only operator, or there is more? For Windows Trillian is the best (I think). But on Mac OS X I'm using Adium, it's much better then Trillian, but it's from Mac.
