I'd say you're playing with fire...I would contact Google directly and explain very explicitly the situation (and make sure they are aware of it and save any responses you get) otherwise it could raise some red flags on their end.

I agree. Send them a mail and see what they send. Might take them a while to get back to you so do it now.

I only found this in Terms and Conditions :
    ---------
2.4 Unless Google agrees otherwise in writing, You may only have one Account. Google may terminate multiple Accounts You hold immediately and without notice.
    -----------

But I dont understand - multiple accounts on my name or any people?

How to contact adsense directly? Cant find! :(

Huh!? I think you are referring to ghost account holders... why don't let them manage their accounts (if they are for real)

I think single IP is not an issue, One approved account is enough for more than 1 Millions pages, for One Payee Name and One Address. Another account with same payee name matches with same address is illegal.

I know a banned person how applied again with same Ip and postal address with different Payee Name and he approved. So that we can say that one can manage different accounts on same IP IF the payee and postal address are different.

If Google find anything dodgy on any of your accounts they will ban both accounts and you will find it very hard to get either of them back. Of course agencies manage multiple clients from one IP so it is not an unreasonable thing to do but beware, you are playing with fire.
