I've been looking for the best way to manage multiple ad networks on my sites. I've tried: - OpenX - seemed OK, but the hosted version seemed a little slow on the site I was trying it on (could have been the site) - Google Ad Manager - seemed better, but I was never quite sure I had it set up right. Seemed kind of like overkill for what I was doing with it. - Pubmatic - liked the ability for it to retrieve eCPM values for supported networks and use them to optimize ad selection. Miss the ability to include ads from affiliate networks like CJ, Linkshare, Google Affiliate Network, etc. Ideally, I'd like something just like Pubmatic that allowed me to include affiliate ads, or just being able to include select ads of my own choosing. Either that, or a good tutorial for using Ad Manager (DoubleClick for Small Publishers now) for just managing multiple ad networks. Any ideas?
