Managing Link Building Campaigns for Teams?

    Anyone know any good (pref free) tools to help manage link building for teams?

    excel just wont cut it and google docs spreadsheet maxes out which makes it unusable

    need something to track contacts, metrics, conversation state, dates, renewals etc
