    Hello everyone.

I am looking for software that will help me with one of the functions of my job.

I am currently doing this manually:

Google client name, report if ad is appearing yes or no, report position of clients site in organic results.

    Then do the same for:
    "client name + keyword 1"
    "client name + keyword 2"
    "client name + keyword 3"
    "client name + keyword 4"

    Etc

This is quite a tedious exercise. Anyone know anything that could help me?

    Thank you.

I don't quite understand what the result of your work should look like. But I guess you should be looking for MS Excell tips.
    Why?
You probably get data from several sources. And have to combine them in one file. I do similar by opening several spreadsheets and put data in order to import in one final spreadsheet with formulas.

For an actual program I can't think of what that will just auto populate words for you. But have you tried using AdWords Editor? It is free to download and although it is going to populate your keywords it does make mass changes MUCH easier.

Don't know if it does exactly what you said, but it definitely does provide such information (not real-time) that will let you know the position for organic and paid that appear for certain brands. Keywordspy & SEMRush are good tools you can look into
