Managing 10+ client accounts gets messy pretty quickly. The biggest issue isn’t usually passwords, but keeping sessions, cookies, proxies and team access separated without opening the wrong account by mistake. We’ve been using DICloak to keep each client in a separate browser profile, which makes the setup much easier to manage. Still curious how others here handle this at scale. Do you mostly rely on browser profiles, separate devices, or another setup?
For me, keeping each client completely separate is the safest approach. I prefer using separate browser profiles rather than relying on one browser with lots of tabs, especially when there are multiple accounts involved. It also makes it much easier to keep bookmarks, logins and client-specific tools organised. The main thing is having a simple system that the whole team follows consistently, otherwise even the best setup can get messy.
Separate browser profiles make things much easier when you’re handling several client accounts. Keeping bookmarks and logins separated also saves a lot of confusion. The key is having one simple setup that everyone follows.
