Buying Managed Server

I need to move my 3 servers, it's obvious my current provider can not keep my sites running.

I currently have 3 servers. 1 is a xeon 3.06 with 2 gigs of ram running directadmin, this server is basically idle.

Other 2 are opeterons with 2 gigs of ram, these servers normally run about .5 load or so. both running cpanel.

I'd like to see what is available to migrate all 3 servers to one. Migration services a plus. Managements, I can do some stuff myself but prefer management as backup at bare minimum. I am sick of down time and will cancel in a heart beat if down time is an issue.

Many of my sites are online ecom sites so I'd need roughly 15-20 ip's

Lets get the discussion going of what you have to offer....

I use very little bandwidth in all reality. I have no preference on local.

All I want is up time and good support

Some things that would be useful to know.

    1. Current hardware in use what cpus are you using currently?
    2. Current traffic/bandwidth?
    3. Nature of specific problems you are having right now?
