I know this is a very vague question; but please bare with me... How do you managed such a large site? I've been running quick2load.com and so far, it's eating up my spaces and bandwidth tremendously...

Unfortunately I do own the site and looking for help to sell it to someone who is a lot more experienced. Think about it, it's nice to picture yourself to validate movies on a daily basis, to make sure all the video contents are appropriate, but it really gets old if it's not your hobby... you have to know a lot about hosting, backups, and advertisement, etc...

If you know anyone that could help me sell it, please let me know, I'll be more than happy to share some with you.

I recommend tweaking every little detail on your site to save bandwidth.

lower the size and quality of your thumbnails
Lower the amount of thumbnails shown on the homepage
    a more efficient stylesheet
only update some content once an hour (or only when new content is added) with a cronjob that generates a html file -- this saves a lot of mysql queries
delete content that hasn't been accessed for so long(use a database to log activity)

Also if you are getting bored with the site -- Pay people to do your work :)
5c per video, or whatever you can afford, and it will also mean the people your paying will promote Q2L by word of mouth :)

    hope this helps
