Manage Funding Source [Paypal]

Hello,

i want to pay someinvoices, like extend rapidshare accounts,
i have positive balance in my account, but when must paying, see paypal used my credit card for pyament source, !

whats that problem , paypal balance is not a default source?
if no, how to i can change it,
im personal acc

 

According my words, i can sendmoney with paypal balance as well, !

 

I have not faced any such problem. When ever I am 0 at paypal balance they charge my CC..

So I guess you should contact Paypal for the issue..

 

I think that they will charge your card if the amount is greater than the balance in your account instead of taking both. that might be the case...

but i have positive balance, more thank my invoices !

 

AFAIK,
you can chose the payment method before you send the money.
So by default it set to balance,you can chose CC if you want

 

but not changed anything from pp default,
i founded that is only with Rapidshare.com accounts !
anyone can confirm that ?

 

Dont know much about that case, because i usually pay rapidshare directly with my credit card....

 

I was having this same problem, and finally got it working. I converted some of my balance to euros (specifically, enough to cover the amount I wanted to pay) and then it drew from the balance instead of my other sources.

 

I think best way you should contact paypal about this matter you should call them instead of sending a email.
