Manage Direct Internet Access to Router

Till today, I have no clue how to distribute the speed of the internet for computers connected through my router.
    I am using Prolink H9300G (Wireless G ADSL2+ Modem/Router) WinXP sp3.

I have been searching for any software to deal with that, but what I can see is they are able to limit the bandwidth of my computer only not all computers connect to the internet.

I read this article: http://en.kioskea.net/contents/pratique/partage.php3 suggested to us Wingate, but I wonder if this is right in my condition before testing this software.

I'd really appreciate if you can share what you have done to solve this issue.

Look for this in your router admin:

Yes, I found it but don't know what to do. The ip given to the wireless connected computers will be dynamic, so how can control it?

Thanks a lot for taken care.

Not sure, either give static ips, or control via mac adress.

Can this be achieved using OpenDNS?
