That is correct, there was a similar thread here a few weeks ago and i saw and read it too on other forums. and here the Post to the latest outcome to that judgment which was reversed. http://searchengineland.com/remember-that-adsense-publisher-that-sued-google-won-well-he-lost-20663 Thanks Juliev
exactly! that's what i'm thinking... the unfair thing about advertising is that someone can simply ruin your business by simply keeps clicking in the ads in your site, no one on earth can convince google that it was not you....
The guy clearly broke Adsense's TOS. He got banned. He wasted hours of the courts time. And got nothing - which is what he deserved. How is this inspiring exactly?
I think I read that same story a few months ago. Sometimes people are responsible for breaking the TOS, but other times they are not. I remember having some problems with AdSense and I had no chance to correct the problem. I am just annoyed of companies doing anything with people's accounts because in their TOS it is written "for any reason". AdSense is fragile since someone else can create invalid clicks and this is against the TOS. The first problem is not having control on the actions of other people when you are held responsible for this. Second problem is not knowing that there is a problem when your account is terminated and it is too late to notify Google of a potential problem. I do not know about how this guy behaved exactly, but he exposed doubtful politics of Google and other companies. I think the real problem is not really the fact of not respecting the TOS, but the way it is done.
The best solution for not getting your account canceled is just work hard on your site. Put some ads on it. Promote and let the other people earn for you. Why take short cuts when they lead to long ones..
