According to wikipedia the judge threw the case out - Dylan Stephen Jayne From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Dylan Stephen Jayne is a Pennsylvania resident who, on September 18, 2007, filed suit against Google for $5 billion for alleged crimes against humanity. Jayne alleges that his social security number, inverted and scrambled spells Google.[1][2] On September 27, 2007, Judge James Munley dismissed Jayne's case against Google sua sponte because it failed to state a claim on which relief could be granted. Furthermore, the judge denied Jayne the opportunity to revise his complaint before dismissal on the grounds that the civil rights statute under which the action had been filed (42 U.S.C. § 1983) applies only to state actors, which Google is not.[3]
Lol I just got SUCH a kick out of reading all of those. I do feel bad if he wins. Just from skimming one guy on here will have to commit suicide, and the other will streak through the streets.
How many hearing do u think this case will last. Guy must have some big attorney taking a crack at that $5 Billion jackpot. I bet you this case gets dismissed on the first hearing.
