Man ordered not to have a girlfriend for three years

This psychopathic loser is a danger to society (especially to women) and should be in a mental institution,not set free out in the streets after been given some idiotic no-girlfriend order that can't ever be realistically enforced.

 

don't those 2 girls have brothers or male friends?
