I am un familiar with software your talking about.

In general though the whole idea of link exchanges sounds like a bad one to me but again really I am unfamiliar...

Do link exchanges really work? I mean common sense tells me once you link to someone they will take down there links to you... perhaps its different?

This is why I ignore just about all of the generic link exchange requests. many of them seem to drop you later, often because the webmaster got tired of the link program, then goes with another, and simply deletes the link pages that their old program automatically made.

I have found a lot of success trading links with real websites with real content in specific niches. Those people have no idea of SEO and do not really care where they rank in google or anywhere else. They have communities that build from within and from refering others within the community.

If you have a similar site it is fairly easy to get links that not only get you back link traffic, but also real traffic. But you probably need to have a site that people will want to visit and re-visit.

If your aiming for 50 new links per week, add on another 20 and aim for 70 because you can guarantee some of these webmasters will remove your link.

i never take peoples links down

and i think most poeple leave the links up

there is big chunk that takes the links down,

In my experience gambling and pharmacy people are of then the most faithful links partners

for the msot part I run thru so many thousands of link trades I don't really sweat the deadbeat linkers

although sometimes its fun to write people nasty emails

I have been using a program for years. It does everything for you INCLUDING policing!! Every 30 days DB is updated...webmasters that are playing games are automatically removed from your recips:)

This program also offers much more for SEO, but the linking is the most valuable feature, IMO.
