I just read the following news article about the title of this post: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/manchester/8561513.stm A 64 year old man with learning difficulties has basically been bullied to death by youths who would regularly harras and cause damage to the mans property even to the extent that he had to have CCTV installed. The worst part of the whole news article for me is the Chief Superintendent Zoe Hamilton who gave the following statement: What sort of Chief Superintendent thinks that the death of a 64 year old by antisocial youths is the best they can do? Her job should be gone and the youths should be charged for manslaughter.
