Malware problem

    Malware was there in site 20 days back..but i reuploaded whole site and wrote review in google webmaster tool...within 8 hours google reindexed and positive message was shown.

    In twiiter..message is showing that "THIS SITE CONTAIN MALWARE"
    on digg same message is appearing...but google webmaster tool no message is showing regarding malware..WHY IS IT SO?
