I have just done it for 2 members on here, not only do you have to remove the malware you have to get it removed from the blocked list which isn't easy, unless you have good contacts.

Remove all shell scripts, suspected files from your infected site. Then go through google webmaster tools > malware removal option. It will take 24 hours to 7 days to remove the warning by google if you completely cleaned your affected files and codes.

The real problem is not the malware on your website, that you obviously should remove as fast as possible, but the fact that you surely have some kind of vulnerability that the malware has exploited to enter.

    You should fix both.

    Bye

If you have a real-time antivirus program on your computer then you can download your website's files to your computer and it should automatically alert you with the infected files as they are downloaded. Find the malicous scripts that are on these infected pages and remove it, then change all your passwords and secure any data inputs in your code that probably allowed this intrusion to happen.

If you have a previous backup of your website, you just have to erase all your files and restore the information, that is the cure, but not the complete solution.
You still need to find where or how they are attacking you, here are some suggestions: change your FTP password, as well on the database if you use it, check that in every directory and subdirectory you have an index.html file, ad your page to google webtools and keep checking it at least once a week, do not allow capture fields with big strings, well really is a bunch of things that you can do and they are never enough, but you can start with these.

    Cleaning Out Web Site Malware

    * 1 Log in to the website's root directory using an FTP program (many are free, such as SmartFTP and FileZilla).

    * 2 Select "Desktop" on the left hand side of the FTP program. Drag the entire "public_html" folder from right hand side to the left side of the screen. This will download all website files from the web server to your desktop.

    * 3 Go to the desktop and double-click on the folder "public_html" to open it. Locate the file named ".htaccess."

    * 4 Right click on HTACCESS file and select "Open With" and "Notepad."

    * 5 Clean out any malicious code found in the HTACCESS file, including redirects and embedded <iframe> code. Save changes by clicking on "File" and "Save."
