The problem is that the site shows malicious script when i visit any page of it.

so i want to remove that malware completely from the site.

for those who say SCAN: I scanned all files using antivirus & anti-malware but couldn't find any error.

    Hi Moustafa,

Did you tried SUCURI website scanner? I have used their free service before and its good on determining the name of the malware and location or path. Once you know the location you can go over to the file and check the coding for the malicious script - I found mine at the bottom of the index. I deleted the one line code, scanned again with sucuri.
    Let me know your progress.

    Hi brownfox,

    Thanks alot for your reply.

Yes, i already tried SUCURI and i was able to determine the location or the malware after the scan and also before the scan but the problem is that the code appears in the source code of the site while i can't find it in the site files at all!
