    What's your site?

You haven't made any back-ups? If you have, just use the back-up files to restore the file you think was infected. Or you can ask your hosting provider to restore it for you. I'm sure they make back-ups regularly. But may be you should pay for it.
    Hope it can help.

Do you upload your site from your computer ? If yes first clean your computer, change the ftp/master password from site/cpanel, because this type of mallware is spreading through your infected computer.

Malware would have to be served somehow, like maybe a javascript or something serving ads. Try to remove any unnecessary scripting. If you have the original site files, log in to your host, change all the passwords as
sacx13 suggests, delete everything and reload.

Depending on how your site was written, it is more likely that you are seeing the infection as a result of something local on your computer instead of from the site.

What symptoms are you seeing to make you think your site is infected?

Don't store your FTP password in any clients like Total Commander.

This is very common. Hire someone (like me) to fix your issue, or if you're using Wordpress read my free Wordpress Security Guide to learn how to fix it yourself.
