I get all gooseggs in Adwrods. I check the keywords and I get the "message "appear to be malicious software". Please, where do I go? I run AV and it comes up clean. How do I find this and move on?

Are you running AV on your site, too? If all else fails, call or email Google and ask for help in identifying and removing the nasty stuff.

    thanks for the answer

    1. How do I run AV on my site?
    2. Have you ever gotten through to them for this kind of help? I just get stonewalled by Google Adwords. where else will I get better results?

    thanks, Frank

I got confused about AV. I'm not sure if there's a program you can run on your site. I'd try contacting your web host and asking them if they can scan the server to see if your site has been compromised by some malware. I'd try calling them at 1-866-2-GOOGLE. I've never had that issue but I've used the line for others. Worst case scenario is that you move your site to another domain. Preferably on another server. But I'd certainly try to resolve it via telephone before that.
