    Damn that is a lot for the optional part, and it also makes it seem pretty important. I am not trying to criticize, but it just brings to mind the question: Would it be safe to say without the consulting fee, an average webmaster like myself might not know what they are doing and how to pick up where you left off?

    It wouldn't be safe to say that - The online commissions are all automated - NO experience is needed.

    The offline portion requires you to have a decent amount of markeitng startup funds and is a bit more complicated.
