This is an adult oriented site focused on the male chastity theme which is a popular and ever growing sexual fantasy subject for both couples and males.

I started the MaleChastityLifestyle.net website almost two years ago in May of 2013.


I built the site based on it being a personal interest of mine and also the healthy search numbers for the top keywords in the niche.

I'm selling the site because I'm beginning to focus my efforts on Kindle Publishing and building an email list (different niche) and this site is proving to be a distraction for me. It's begging to be built out but I've decided that I'm not the one to do it.

The site uses the Wordpress platform built on a customizable theme/framework and consists of 21 high quality original articles (written by me). The articles are posted on pages with comments disabled.

MaleChastityLifestyle.net is currently getting between 500-600 unique visitors per day (see Google Analytics), which is up from 400 uniques in November of 2014. The traffic has flattened out somewhat as I haven't added much content to the site in 2015.

All the traffic is coming from organic search results based on thorough keyword research. I haven't spent any time building backlinks. There are currently 23 keywords with 1000 or more searches on the first page of Google. Most of them are in the top 3 positions as you can see below.



This site has a firm base established and because of the global popularity of the niche, has tons of upside. Adding another 10 well written articles would most likely bump the traffic up to 1000 uniques a day. Throwing in some quality backlinks would bolster the traffic numbers even further.

This website is pretty much hands free. Any time spent is for adding content, checking traffic numbers and monitoring affiliate accounts.

Monetization

Male Chastity Lifestyle is currently monetized with 3 different affiliate offers.

J.T. Stockroom - I have one generic text link at the end of every article that accounts for an average of 45 unique clicks per day or about 1350 uniques per month to their site. The Stockroom pays 10% commissions on gross sales up to $3500/mo and 20% over $3500/mo.

I currently average around $200 in gross sales/mo which is $20/mo in commissions. There is a $50 threshold for payouts. The reason for no sales from August - November of 2014 is because I sent traffic to another affiliate (eXtreme Restraints) for those months that resulted in no sales. The average sale is close to $200.

Kinky Dollars - I use them to promote 'Divine Bitches' and have a banner in the header of every page and at the end of each article. Divine Bitches is a monthly membership video site. There are many other sites in this affiliate network that you could promote. I'm currently averaging 6 unique clicks per day which works out to 180 uniques per/mo. To be honest, the sign-up ratio of 1:390 is not so great, but affiliate marketing is a pure numbers game.

Kinky Dollars pays 50% commissions on an initial $29.98 sale and 50% on monthly rebills which works out to $14.99 in commissions. The beauty of this is that some members will continue on with the monthly membership for a few months, sometimes even longer.

As you can see, MaleChastityLifestyle.net has had only 2 sign-ups but 4 rebills and counting. Again, there is a $50/mo commission payout threshold. I'm averaging $15/mo in commissions. I haven't tested text links or different banner sizes/types/placements.





eXoClick - This is an Adsense CPC type of monetization model that specializes in adult themed websites. I'm just now experimenting with eXoClick because I didn't want to junk up the site with Adsense type of advertising but sometime you just gotta go for the money!

eXoClick is based in Barcelona, Spain and they've been around since 2004. Their site has a incredibly easy-to-use backend. Payout minimums are $20 and can be paid weekly if you want. I have absolutely no idea what kind of commissions these ads will generate so I'm not making any income claims.

Right now, MaleChastityLifestyle.net is generating $45 per month in commissions or $540 per year.

How Did I Come Up With The 'Buy It Now' Price?

First off, let me say that I have absolutely nothing to hide concerning the sale of this site. I'm keeping everything completely upfront, above-board and totally transparent.

Also, I am not even close to being an expert when it comes to monetizing an affiliate site such as this. 500-600 unique visitors is certainly not a ton of traffic BUT I'm sure there are others that could squeeze some more income out of these numbers. I don't have the experience nor am i willing to spend the time to do so; that's part of the reason I'm selling the site.

Using the tried-and-true formula of 3 times the annual gross income is how I came up with the BIN price of $1575, which I feel is pretty damn fair.

The only expense of running this site is $10.87 a year for the domain name. Since this is not my only website, I don't factor in any webhosting costs, which are nominal. The Wordpress plugins being used on the site are all free. I'm hosting all the photos, graphics and videos on my webhost. Hosting them on Amazon S3 was costing about $5 per month.

Although the site is not mobile responsive, a mobile version of the site is included.

Update.... I took eXoClick CPC ads down. They weren't super relevant to the niche and the trickle of monthly income they would have generated wasn't worth junking up the site.
