    Thank god i didnt go and work for that crap country:D I prefered to stay in singapore. Malaysia has always been hostile to non-muslims including chinese locals. The only issue they can't speak agaisnt chinese people is chinese hold the trade and money. The moment they loose control on that, malaysia will kick them out of the country. Watch out.

    Well they were giving me a promotion and sending me their on higher pay. Thats a different story.

    MYR= 0.5 X SGD

    its almost half of SGD. The living cost in singapore is higher compared to malaysia. I rent a condo here costing me over 4000 SGD, i would prolly get a penthouse in KL for the same price.

    Malaysia is cheap compared to singapore but it seriously lacks social values and respect for people. I have been there 5-6 times for business and never like that city or country.

    Malaysia will down the hill the moment singapore stops importing the goods from them and they get some serious competition to lucrative palm oil business.

    Overall my impressions is people there are lazy and corruption is everywhere. Almost all govt. agencies are corrupted. Once i was visiting KL and i didnt have a visa so i went for on arrival visa. That stupid immigration officer asked me for 50 ringit, so i opened my pocket to get the money. That a$$hole saw SGD in my wallet and asked me for 50 SGD. I said the price for visa is 50 ringits why you want 50SGD. he said, do you want a visa or not? i started debating with him but that bugger then became more offensive and said, go do whatever you want. Give me 100 sgd now or you wont get your passport back.

    This has happened at the airport immigration office. Can you believe that? The same guy then slapped and kicked some bagladeshi's who were trying to get visas to enter malaysia. He asked for money those who didnt have it, got brutally kicked.

    That was enuff for me to declare malaysia as the most horrible country in asia. Even my hometown india is lot better. :D

    Singapore and Thailand are much better countries to work in as compared to Malaysia (Truly Asia? fuck it.) and Indonesia.

    However Malay Government did a flip flop over the ban issue, the Malay work minister, currently in Delhi for a meet, said no such ban was imposed. He said -"I just spoke to the Prime Minister, minister of human resources and the secretary general of the ministry of home affairs. The news reports are not true. There is no such thing."

    Too many...

    If one doesn't want to leave India and is capable of doing a job, s/he doesn't need to. But I believe affection of working in a foreign country and/or better opportunity drives people away.

    Don't talk with your arse if you do not know anything about MY country, Malaysia. You can work in Singapore for all I care, but this is not a reason for you to spread your lies about Malaysians here.

    It is certainly a lot for INDIAN NATIONALS from the IT industry to come and work here as computer programmers, IT professionals and lecturers in IT-related colleges. In my college, I am taught by lecturers from INDIA.
