ok thanks, I did realise that moonfruit does not allow you to have your own domain so i sorta figured i wouldnt be able to sell it for much, thanks anway
you can get your own domain with moonfruit - and now you can add html snippets for your own ads, affliate links etc, but its not really great for what you want
really? oh i didn't realise you could assign your own domain to a website built on moonfruit? I may have to give it another look at as what i want to do is create a website were people can advertise for free. however i will obvoisly have spaces for premium spots etc, and am looking to sell it on here or flippa after is that possible?
Hi CannonT - I have recently become a moonfruit expert (yes, it didn't take long) and can confirm you are able to get a 1st tier domain - through moonfruit or by purchasing a domain name mask from someone like easily.co.uk, where I bought the domain www.thehomemadehome.co.uk for just £8.99. secondly, moonfruit has many features such as forums, galleries, and blogs for creating a community and adverts as well as google adsense and adwords which is simple to implement. Additionally, if you upgrade from the free version to the basic version you can add ecommerce buttons linking to paypal that take all major credit cards. Similarly to you, I set up www.Easyproblinds.com where I sell roman blind kits and how to make roman blinds tutorials. I receive orders almost everyday now as it becomes more and more popular. I get email forwarding, and traffic stats, plus it links to google analytics. I can't recommend it highly enough. If you want to ask any more questions though, please ask...
Hi, Im also on the 8.99 package and am glad you are having plenty of success selling your blinds. I was just wondering if anyone was making any reasonable money with adsense on a moonfruit website. I put a lot of effort into making my site, www.goodvalueshares.com but am struggling to make more than a £1 per day. any advice?
