Making the logo inside the navigation Wordpress

    Hello,
    Could anyone please advice me on how I can achieve this? I like to have my logo centered on the navigation. I saw some site who done it but I cant seems to get it..

    I looked at other posts and tried them but seems it doesn't worked.. So, if anyone could advice me on how I can achieve it.. Im using wordpress by the way.

    A little offtopic: Did you make the menu bar to follow the user down when he's scrolling? It's kind of annoying to be honest.

    Thats not from me..its from the template.. Thats why I like to have the logo in the centered of navigation(inside the menu)...

    Thanks, but that didnt worked.. Well, css tricks one lookslike going to work but not responsive..

    Anyways, I decided just to have them all in middle, top logo and bottom nav.. And it seems like fine..
