Making Templates

    Does anyone know of a tutorial on how to make templates for proxies?

    Or, if anyone does know, could you please teach me how?

    I'm looking to create a Photoshop layout and just need someone to tell me how.

    Its actually plain html, and css. Nothing unique, Will be tough, for a beginner though if you want, I can custom code a template for you.(for a cheap price ofcourse:))
