Since astore can be added in different account/country depend on affiliated marketer. Ex. an astore being created in USA. but customer(s) lives in England. If he bought any goods through an astore which I have stated above. He has to pay an extra cost for delivery from USA to England instead he bought it from astore which link to Amazon in UK hasn't he ? I am in doubt that how to make sure that the customer(s) realises he put goods to cart from astore which build in his country ?

You'll get paid when anyone buys from your astore. Since, Amazon ships to almost every country, the buyer has to incur shipping charges.

Amazon doesn't reveal who actually brought your product and you'll receive commission from every product sold.

for the easy way, use specific domain name like .us for US country and .de or co.uk for amazon.co.uk
