I am going to make a list of directories on BQTM Blog with :

    - PR6+ Homepage and
    - Atleast 2 PR5 inner categories... ( to avoid expired domain directories )

Please show me yours/others directories which meet this requirements.

How do you come to the conclusion that a PR6 homepage with less than 10 PR5 inner categories can be an expired domain ?

Even 1 PR5 page will tell that its not an expired domain ;)

Thats the criteria for my list. :)

no prob. just pretty much let off the first directories that come to mind with higher pr's.

about linkbook... maybe you can start a list of PR4 directories with PR6 inner cats ;)
    hehe

good idea, but perhaps strong is not the best description? more like mature directories?

strong is understood by number & quality of backlinks.... at least to me
