Making Several profile on bookmarking Site is good seo or not??

I want to ask this Question because my company is doing Social bookmarking. Instead of managing few of them effectively. The employees are trying to make several profiles on different social bookmarking and putting their link.

Now my question is simple. Do Google count it as a good SEO or spam.
or it is the best way to do social bookmarking or another way.

 

it's good i think google will not mark these kind's of links as spam

 

But i find it quite irritating make a profile and just putting only one link.
can you suggest me any idea to lower the time consumption

 

If you are using social bookmarking then make sure that you are using fresh description, title, tag etc. if you provide fresh content, your submission would easily be indexed.

One problem I see, is it would look unnatural a little as you are using just one source of link building.
