is CJ commision junction? If it's not, then I would suggest affiliate programs.

Have you tried pay per lead? I am sure there are some big name companies out there that run PPL programs and pay .50-$1 for names and emails. Just a thought.

Hi, try searching for more affiliate programs other than CJ. Go for Pay-per-lead affiliate programs. Do a quick check at Google by searching "real estate + affiliate program"

Congrats on the early success of the site. Other than the, already suggested, route of affiliates may I also suggest putting together a newsletter to your members and offering advertising spots to local real estate agents or parties.

dont know if youve thought of this, but here is a thought, take a look at the listings themselves on the mls, your targeting a relatively small area you might can cut out the middle man and go direct to the realators in the area.

if you want to find out who is spending money, and in turn likely to spend money with you, just look for the display ads in the yellow pages and look for the people buying adwords like "los angeles realator" for example.

Go to them and negotiate a deal on buyer and or seller leads start the negotiation with 5x your current ecpm (youd probably get it)

    then...

create the form to occupy a tall vertical banner where your running cj now

p.m. me if you need help with the info request form, ive created a good one or two in the past ;-)

    Hope this helps

Congratulations for early gains!! If the traffic is good you can opt for paid registrations for extra services.

yeah think I am going to go with an Agent Directory so realtors can list their photo, biography, website, and contact info so it will give them a reason to come to the site and make their listings. I am going to look into sales leads and see what a few realtors think of it but I know many wont be too interested in it right away but any other ideas would be much appreciated to

You could always sell ad space on your site. Take down adsense, or move it, and have space reserved for people to buy to place their own banner ads.

Sell adspace. Contact the local realtors , use a rotating banner instead of the Cj affiliate links. Another option would be to use auctionads instead of the Cj.

Yes I may be taking down adsense on left and moving it to the right and then having area for realtors or other companies to buy advertisements. I think it would be more profitable then CJ for this niche.

In my opinion you have to go long way. You don't have much ads yet, thats one downside. Your Google Page Rank is 0. Its really difficult in real estate industry, with all the big players in the field.
Think best way you can succeed is getting in contact with real estate offices personally to get them post ads.

We have a PR of zero because we are only a few months old. We have a predicted PR rank of 4. Still building linkbacks and working on the website as we speak. Have been getting in contact with real estate offices but not much feedback or postings from them have gotten the most from marketing on craigslist and also building up a mailing list of realtors from the area we are covering and also expanding it to New York soon when we feel the time is right. But I know that we will have to rank in SERPs high on a competitive keyword to really establish ourselves

    Cheers!
