Making proxy themes?

    Hey there guys/gals,

    What's the easiest way to make a proxy theme? Does anyone know any tutorials, I can create the .PSD, but not code them...very well.

    I had a go, www.operoxy.com/template, but as you can see it doesn't work very well in IE6/7/Mozilla, the only thing it does work in is Opera(It's not intergrated, I just mean the design). So, I was wondering, how do you go about coding and intergrating a design? Tutorials would be great! ;)

    Just brush up on your XHTML/CSS. Proxy themes are more or less landing pages with a form directed to the proxy application for processing. Try sites like W3 Schools for some good quick guides.
