This does not include hosting, or a design. A custom design with the website costs $50. When you purchase the site, it will come with traffic and you will have a fair amount of revenue. I will base all proxies off of PHProxy 0.5. I accept Paypal only, but I may accept E-Gold and Moneybookers in the future. The domain will be registered at Namecheap and I will require a $15 deposit for the domain. I can't host you but I can give some good recommendations on where to host your proxy. I accept Bulk Orders and you receive a 10% discount when you order more than 5 proxies. I will only do 2 orders at a time.
