Making my Whois Data Private...

Hey guys,

I need to make about 10 or so of my domains privately registered. As in when someone performs a whois search they cannot see all my personal details. I have all of them registered at godaddy already and I know that I can use their private registration to do this but it is like $9 per domain so its going to be an extra $90/year and I plan on using this service for a lot more domains.

So basically is there any cheaper alternative to making my info private considering they are already registered at godaddy.

Rent a post office box. Get a free (Google Voice) or cheap (k7.net) phone # or use a cell #.

 

Don't your current domain name registrar provide that? Do they?

 

Enter someone elses data. But this is realy bad. Dont make "bad" sites and everithing will be good

 

I dont see how this would be cheaper, post office box are relatively the expensive option

Did you read my post at all? Godaddy do it but I am looking for a cheaper alternative

I said I didnt want to do that. And who says Im making bad sites. Just because I dont want the whole world to be able to find my families address with the click of a button doesnt mean I im upto something bad.


So im taking it I will just have to splash out on the domain privacy from godaddy.

I am using namecheap.com to manage my domains and so far have only had positive experience with them. And indeed domain privacy is free !
