Making my first Proxy template

Hey all, I would like to get into making proxy templates I read a tutorial once, that guided me through the GFX part of it, but left out all the coding. Im pretty good in Photoshop anyway but havnt a clue about coding it

Could anyone point me in the right direction to a tutorial or something? Thanks

the way i learnt was by downloading free templates and looking at the code. i then played with the graphics to get a final outcome.

 

I learned to slice/code from http://www.csslicingguide.com.
