Making my adds better

    I have a small adsense site that i am playing with to make a few bucks. Would anyone place the adds or do anything diffrently?

    Having one of those big 728's Right Above "The NLP Secret to Self Improvement Discovered in London" would be the first step.

    a link ad in the footer with a matching backgrond as well.

    i would maybe put 1 more above the top tabs.. a horixontal banner.
    but thats just me. you could opt for a footer banner. but usually dont blend in well.
    the vertical one you have placed at the moment is perfect
