Making MSN the new #1 search engine

I should be doing something like that on the side for some additional income. I don't have a business but word got out that I know computers and I do help fix up computers for my neighbours. I need to set up a business and start charging. What an awesome idea.

 

Find a need, and fullfill it... That is all it takes!

 

I can't do anything that requires talking to people

 

You could pay someone to do the talking for you.

 

I pay my girlfriend to talk to people for me

Not true for me.

I average about 400 unique visitors daily. And of those visitors traceable to the Big Three search engines, they come from:

- Google (62%)
- msn (24%)
- Yahoo (12%)

24% from MSN is not insignificant traffic. And it's twice what Yahoo sends my way.

 

Many underestimate the power of MSN... That's just fine with me, I like it that way

 

msn is good, people who target little tiny phrases think its bad because it doesn't send enough traffic, but ranking for a good phrase in msn is way better then yahoo to me

 

For one of my sites I get more traffic from Google Images than I get from Yahoo.

 

Was that the Naked Gazelle Site?

 

I can concure with this statement from a conversion standpoint with MSN and Yahoo. These two engines return a better conversion rate than Google for real estate.

 

Are you the guy that is eating up the bandwidth on that site?

I REALLY like it and if this is msn's new version I sure will be using that long before Google!!! Google search results are full of spam sites with scraped content and/or gov sites or HUGS sites with well known companies like Adobe just because people have a download link on their page to download their pdf viewer.......

 

I don't believe that msn can beat Google. Google still improves it self. Easy to use and userfrienly interface made Google #1 but msn still uses huge graphics for a search engine. I don't believe that they will learn "how to design a search engine"
