Making money online is just like making money offline - except you have to learn to use the technology and culture associated with it. But rather than focusing on specific internet gimmicks that work for other people, why not start at the root: value creation. What kind of value are you uniquely suited to create? Only after you have thoroughly analyzed that should you start to worry about the dynamics of the internet.
you can start thru affiliate marketing - this is done by promoting other's product and earning a commission when you get a sale (this happens when someone buys thru your affiliate link)
There is a wide range of ways to earn money online! For example, you can start your own blog! Another way to make money is becoming a specialist in SEO! Or if you have some knowledges in IT, you can try yourself in this field! Freelance is a good way to make some money!

You are best to build skills in whatever your area of interest may be. For instance, if you like to write, focus on learning to write effective sales copy and create SEO friendly websites/blog posts. From this you can also learn how to build an email list, etc. Or if you like to make movies, learn about building a YouTube following and monetizing a channel.
Hi! As for me, if you have good writing skills the best way for you to earn money online will be freelance writing! I know that many of my friends have managed to make lots of money with the help of this great way!
I am astound by number of people offer affiliate as the start, how can you start affiliate if there is nothing to base it on? You should know that every profit based business required tons of time and effort, there is nothing that can be done in couple of months and make you rich. For things like affiliate you should first build a base, have visitors andgood quality material/product then others would want to affiliate with you too. I agree with @jfsmartadv first see what are you capabilities and build skills, learn things and move forward. Please for the love of who ever you believe in, do not anticipate immediate profit or money at any time.
Thanks for the shoutout @Mehdi.b - I very much agree with your sentiment. Anybody who gives you a plan to get rich quick probably has some motive you may not know about ;-) Like he said, build a base of skills that center around your interest and you will be surprised how many different things you learn!

What is your area of expertise? It is really important to know. If you are a creative person, you can be a graphics designer. If you are a good writer, you can try writing section. You may also try affiliate marketing or monetizing your own website.
If you really want fast money then dropshipping is your best bet. Today you can find some product for $0.10 and tomorrow you can sell it for $4-5.
Find something that interests you and try to make an online business with it. Don't try something you have no interest in you have to be passionate about it
I somewhat agree. If being passionate about something doesn't make you money, you're too wasting your time. At one point in my life I thought I'd be a professional musician. I tried all sorts of venues to get my music out. The music, overall, probably sucked and I never made anything from it. Although, being my own worst/best critic I know the music/lyrics weren't bad. Just never happened to be in the right place at the right time. I know a ton of people that are passionate about sh*t that just doesn't work. These days I'll cut out anything that doesn't make me, at least, some money. I don't care if I am passionate about it or not. Money is/should be the passion. But some may disagree.
The important thing is you have to stick to one thing when you want to have an online business. Not jumping around buying products that teaches you different methods (like PPC, digital arbitrage, commerce, list building, affililate marketing, etc.). Lots of people tend to go to one method, reach to a roadblock, give up and go for the next shiny object and the cycle continues. Read the Millionaire Fastlane by MJ Demarco on what it takes to make money online(or offline)
There are actually some websites that offer little money for completing a survey, but I do not recommend it. It takes a long time to even make a dollar let alone $20.
